
SOCIAL PROGRAM
There are a number of social functions being held in conjunction with the Conference. Entry to these functions are included in the Full Conference registration fee and accompanying persons can purchase tickets if they wish to attend.
Welcome Reception Exhibition Area, Monday 26 March 1730 - 1930
The ice-breaker - a casual gathering aimed at meeting old friends and making new ones. Drinks and canapés will be served.
Accompanying persons are most welcome to attend. Tickets are $55 per person.
Dress is smart casual (open neck shirt: jacket optional).
Exhibition Drinks Exhibition Area, Tuesday 27 March 1745 - 1900
A chance to get up close and personal with the exhibitors and their displays. It is a casual start to the evening, a chance to unwind and discuss the issues raised during the day.
Dress is smart casual.
Pre-dinner Drinks Grand Ballroom Foyer, Wednesday 28 March 1900 - 1930
Enjoy a relaxing drink before the Conference Dinner starts.
Conference Dinner Grand Ballroom 2, Wednesday 28 March 1930 - 2400
The main social event of the Conference. The dinner is a great chance to catch up with friends and colleagues. This year's event will be a Broadway spectacular.
Accompanying persons are encouraged to attend. Tickets $110 per person.
Dress is semi-formal (jacket; tie optional).
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS TOUR
TUESDAY 27 MARCH (ALL DAY)
Perth and Swan Valley Tour
Commences at 0830 with pick up from the Burswood Entertainment Complex for a tour of the city. Highlights will include the Perth Mint, Parliament House, the Bell Tower and Northbridge before visiting the famous Kings Park. Next visit Lake Monger with the Black Swans, Western Australia's faunal emblem. Continuing south along the sunset coast to Fremantle, with a drive through Cottesloe and a lesson of its history and port lifestyle. See sights such as Fishermans Harbour, Cappucino Strip, Round House and the Maritime Museum.
The tour continues on to the Swan Valley, Western Australia's oldest wine growing region. Enjoy some wine tasting and lunch at the scenic Sittella Winery overlooking the valley. Walk off your lunch at Caversham Wildlife Park featuring Australian animals and birdlife and you can hand feed the kangaroos or cuddle a wombat. Our next stop is at the Margaret River Chocolate Company. The fnal visit of the day is at Maali Mia Aboriginal Gallery with a range of indigenous artwork and giftware available for purchase.
The bus will return to the Burswood Entertainment Complex at approximately 1730. This leaves enough time to join the Conference delegates for drinks in the Exhibition area.

- Cost: $130 per person. Includes air conditioned seat belt equipped coach with professional commentary from coach captain, entrance fees, wine tasting fees, and vineyard lunch.

THURSDAY 29 MARCH (HALF DAY)
Penguins, Sea Lions & Dolphins Tour
An early pick up at 0800 from the Burswood Entertainment Complex is followed by a comfortable coach trip south to Rockingham. Board a boat for a cruise round Shoalwater Island Marine Park and Penguin Island. Get close up, but not too personal, with sea lions. Land on the Island in time to see the fairy penguins fed. Explore the Island and spot rare birds, a pelican rookery and if you are lucky, visiting dolphins. A short ferry ride back to the mainland is followed by a leisurely return trip to Perth.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All tours need to be booked in advance by completing the appropriate section on the Registration Form.
- All tours are subject to minimum and maximum numbers and may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not achieved. Places are allocated on a first-come basis.
- All tours depart from and return to the Burswood Entertainment Complex.
- All tours will depart exactly on time and no refund will be made for late arrivals.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.
