REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

The full registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  1. Attendance at all Conference sessions from Tuesday to Thursday inclusive
  2. Morning and afternoon teas
  3. Welcome Reception on Monday evening
  4. Lunch on Tuesday and Thursday
  5. Drinks in the Exhibition Area on Tuesday
  6. On Water Display and BBQ Lunch on Wednesday
  7. Conference Dinner on Wednesday night
  8. Delegate Satchel
  9. Conference Proceedings

The full registration and seminar fee entitles delegates to the entitlements of the full registration plus:

  • Attendance at the Response Issues Seminar
  • Morning and afternoon teas on Friday
  • Lunch on Friday

The Tuesday registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all Conference sessions on Tuesday
  • Morning and afternoon teas on Tuesday
  • Lunch on Tuesday
  • Drinks in the Exhibition
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Conference proceedings

The Wednesday registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all Conference sessions on Wednesday
  • Morning and afternoon teas on Wednesday
  • On Water Display and lunch on Wednesday
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Conference proceedings

Attendance at Dinner on Wednesday evening is NOT included in Wednesday's registration.
Tickets may be purchased for the dinner at a cost of $110 per person.

The Thursday registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all Conference sessions on Thursday
  • Morning and afternoon teas on Thursday
  • Lunch on Thursday
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Conference proceedings

The Response Issues Seminar registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all workshop sessions on Friday
  • Morning and afternoon teas on Friday
  • Lunch on Friday
  • Delegates satchel

Acknowledgment of Registration

All registrations will be acknowledged by email or fax with confirmation of registration details according to the submitted registration forms. The registration form acts as a Tax Invoice.

PAYMENT

Full payment should accompany registration forms, with cheques/bank drafts made payable to Spillcon 2007. Please print the delegate name and organisation on the back of cheques and bank drafts. Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard will be accepted. However, we cannot accept American Express and Diners Club.

Overseas payments may be made by credit card or bank draft/cheque in Australian dollars.

Please note: All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations received in writing by 26 February 2007 will be accepted and fee refunded less a $100 administration fee. Refunds will not be given after this date, however transfer of registration will be accepted, prior to 16 March 2007. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK

The Spillcon 2007 Registration and Information Desk will be located in the Convention Centre at the Burswood Entertainment Complex and will operate during the hours listed below:

  • Monday 26 March 1530 – 1700
  • Tuesday 27 March 0730 – 1730
  • Wednesday 28 March 0730 – 1700
  • Thursday 29 March 0730 – 1500
  • Friday 30 March 0730 – 1030

All delegates, accompanying persons, speakers and exhibitors will receive a name badge on registration. This badge is your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all Conference sessions, meals, social events and accompanying persons tours.

All registration materials, including name badges, Conference Dinner tickets and Conference satchel should be collected from the Registration Desk on the first day of your arrival.
