Accompanying Persons Tour

Tuesday 24 August (all day)
Mt Tamborine Winery, Shopping Tour
Commences at 8.30am with pick-up at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, where you’re taken by bus to Mt Tamborine where morning tea can be purchased at Gallery Walk (a street of unusual antique, craft, book and sweets shops).

After the food it’s time for a drink, so next on the agenda is the Cedar Creek Winery for some wine tasting. After lunch there is time for shopping at Harbourtown Shopping Centre, where you will have free time to explore the many wonderful upmarket outlets.

The bus leaves Harbourtown at 4.15pm returning you to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre at approximately 5.15pm. This leaves enough time to join the Conference delegates for drinks in the exhibition area.

Thursday 26 August (half day)
Brisbane Warehouse Shopping Tours
Spillcon 2004 will be offering a half day tour of Brisbane fashion warehouses. The half day tour will commence at 8.30am with partners being picked up from the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The tour will return to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre at the completion of the tour at approximately 12.30pm.

Warehouses range from ladies fashions and lingerie through to kitchenware and include shoe and handbag warehouses. Assisted by friendly and professionally trained Tour Guides, partners are assured a half day full of fun and rewarding shopping.

Duration: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Cost: $40.00 per person
