Bill Rogers is an Emergency Response Advisor for ChevronTexaco Corporation's Emergency Response Staff in San Ramon, California.His responsibilities include ensuring the readiness of the company's emergency response teams as well as providing expert advice to senior corporate management and to reporting unit management worldwide in all areas related to emergency preparedness and response and crisis management. In his current position he also serves on the Board of Directors of Oil Spill Response Ltd. in Southampton, England.

As a member of ChevronTexaco's Worldwide Emergency Response Team for several years, Bill has received extensive emergency response training.
